the room was spacious and clean. i found the floor heating in the bathroom quite comfortable. i appreciated the provision of amenities in the room. the hotel's central location made access to city attractions quite easy.

the gym's linoleum flooring resembled that of a clinic, a slight aesthetic disappointment.

The staff helped locate a suitcase we left in a taxi. They arranged for it to be sent to the airport which was helpful. The location proved convenient with many restaurants close by. The breakfast had a great selection of items.

I found there was no body lotion among the toiletries.

The hotel has a great location close to many main attractions. The bed was very comfortable. The reception provides bathroom essentials if you forget any.

The noise from a nearby disco was quite loud even with the window closed.

the room was bright because it had many windows (almost clear glass on both sides). breakfast offered an assortment of sweet and savory options, much appreciated. the hotel provided water, both still and sparkling, on each floor. i found that quite convenient.

The room service was not consistent. My room was not tidied one day. this meant i had to request service via phone. the reception staff was not always pleasant. the hotel does not have slippers.
